celtics, you have one or 2 yourself from years back did it out and take a look. this is what these shirts will look like years from now with sub print, they will look a little better as this is a real soccer jersey and the Celtics shirts where L\S golf mock tees. to do embroidery on front you get much smaller logo and cost more per shirt. This logo of yours has lots of detail so seeing its going on a white shirt (100% poly) why not sub print it on the shirt Sublimation printing : A permanent multi coloured print onto polyester or polycotton garments garments such as running vests, football shirts, paintball shirts, polycotton polo shirts. By way of explanation the design is printed onto a special sheet of release paper using sublimation ink which is then heat pressed onto the garment. At a very high temperature and pressure the ink forms a gas which then permanently dyes the polyester content of the fabric. Most modern football shirts and other multi coloured team shirts are now printed in this way as well as mugs, coasters and place mats. Suitable method of manufacture for individual designs or small batch production. Washing instructions : Wash cool ,Air dry. Embroidery on front and single colour silkscreened on back ( your cost $40.00per shirt, But to confirm I need total quanity of shirts ) I use for coloured garment as sub print only works on white poly underlay. Silk Screening sits on top of shirt and is expensive to setup (especially multi colour) so ink wears after years of use, Sub print blast inside shirt and when shirt cools ink is trapped inside shirt and is direct digital printed, silk screen printing is indirect digital printed.
